Even with the best care, wearing jewellery daily subjects it to rubbing, friction, and gradual wear—this is natural.
Plated layers may eventually wear through; this isn’t a defect but part of the piece’s life cycle.
If you notice loose stones, damaged settings, or clasp issues, have them repaired by a trusted jeweller ASAP to prevent further damage.
Always contact us if you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect (within warranty terms).
